Common problems with the overall heat dissipation of the radiator

The radiator is not hot overall
Generally, a radiator that is not hot is often caused by the following reasons:
Poor exhaust: Open the upper vent valve to allow the air to exhaust, and close the vent valve when water droplets appear. Close the return valve of the radiator, open the exhaust valve, and use the inlet pressure to force the air out. When water droplets are seen, close the exhaust valve, and then open the return valve.
Installation of guide baffle: The installation method of radiator inlet and outlet is not hot. It is necessary to check whether the guide baffle in the liquid collection pipe is installed upside down, and the guide baffle should be in the lower liquid collection pipe. When the radiator enters and exits from top to bottom, it is not hot. It should be checked whether the baffle is open. If it is not open, the baffle needs to be opened.
Check the hot water flow and water temperature of the heating system: a. If the hot water flow is small or the water temperature is low, it is necessary to ensure that the hot water supply of the heating system is balanced. Check whether the head or power of the circulating water pump in the heating system meets the requirements. Improper handling of temperature control valve: A The thermal sensitive component in the temperature control valve is obstructed by other objects (such as furniture or curtains), resulting in a local temperature higher than room temperature, resulting in a smaller valve opening and a smaller hot water flow rate. The thermal sensitive components of the B temperature control valve are affected by heat sources (such as sunlight), resulting in a decrease in the flow rate of hot water. The C temperature control valve core reduces the flow of hot water due to the accumulation of dirt.
Other factors: The pipeline may be blocked. When touching the surface of the pipeline with your hand, it is possible that there is a significant temperature change where the blockage is located and needs to be cleaned. There is too much gas in the return water collection tank of the B heating system, which leads to too much gas in the water pipe and causes gas blockage. Therefore, exhaust should be carried out.
The radiator is not locally hot
Method 1: First, close the inlet valve and open the vent valve to exhaust. If water overflows, close the vent valve.
Method 2: Close the inlet valve by 3/4, then close the return valve and open the vent valve for exhaust. Close when there is water overflow
